advice needed from u guys!
im rebuilding a 87 camaro z-28 it has a t-top and a cowl induction hood (4 inch)
i want to paint it all white, BUT i was thinking of putting 2 stripes on it (the viper gts kinda)
so white with light metallic gray stripes? how does it sound?
it has the 84 taillights on it, i want to paint the black stripe in the center of these lights white also.
so does white with those light gray metallic stripes sounds cool or what?
or just plain white?
thanks
btw, i cant find that picture anymore of that white camaro with a cowl ind. hood and that grill made out of shiny tubes.
where can i find this picture?

I do like the idea of the color combo. Sounds nice and different to me (never seen it before). I would either just repaint the tail light stipes black or look for a nice set of grids. I think painting the tail light stipes white would be a little over kill. The black helps to break the car up if you ask me. Just my .02 worth

I also painted my car white and thought about blue stripes. However, I decided to leave it all white since it was easier to buff without worry. I also didn't want to attract imports like flys on S@*t wanting to race all the time. But by all means, stripes look more suitable on a thirdgen Camaro since they had them stock (later years anyway). It's just a matter what you feel is comfortable and the attention you may get whether its positive or negative.

Heres my sugestion paint the car white with some kind of pearl in it maybe blue and then for the strips use dodge platnum metalic sliver for the strips. I think that might look good.
