What do you think?
I don't have before pic but the difference is unreal..Even my wife couldn't believe her eyes.

Not bad...I'd do a little sanding to get the "ripple" out of the black...might be on the other colors too, but not as noticable b/c it isn't black...Did you use the Plastic Compound from Eastwood? I'll post pics of my Bird's lights when I get a chance...
I'm not too familiar w/ the Camaro Lamps, so I'm not sure if the other portions are able to be sanded (w/ all the grooves in them, etc.)...
Looks pretty decent though...Nice work

It actually looks better than on the pic. I only used Mother's Mag and Aluminium Polish. It did an awesome job.
I did have Eastwood compound but i didn't use it. I think it needs a very loose buffing wheel and the one i bought was not that loose and when i tried polishing something else (plastic) according to directions, it did not do anything..
What wheel would be the best for an electric drill and that blue Eastwood compound??

I used a heavy duty polisher with all the compounds. i hadn't put anything on it by hand. I wetsanded off those dumb numbers that were on it from the factory. Im actually very happy w/ how they turned out.

i removed those metal clips around the lens, and then i pulled it apart; being careful not to break it. then just stuck the lens back on when i was done, i think it'll be worth it when i see how well they shine in the dark. won't be for bout 10 yrs tho when i get done restoring it.
