Here it is, now I know some people aren't a fan of windshield banners, but this one worked for me!

hehe ahh the whistler 1610. the one time i chose to actually ignore it, i got a 370 dollar speeding ticket. trust me... it's not always wrong.
the banner doesn't look bad. seems to me it might be better if it were red rather than blue, but its subtle enough to seem fitting.

What blue? Maybe cause the top of the windshield is already tinted blue, that's probably what you mean.

Looks decent for a banner, is that one of those dealies that sticks from the inside? I put one in my old car but it just wasnt workin right so I took it out.

I think it looks ok. But I think the best place for a logo would be on the hatch. A big pontiac symbol, or maybe a bird if you dont got a big bird on the hood already.
