Cleaning your coolant tanks... the right way

Wlel guys, i knwo that most of us guys have our coolant tanks under the hood filthy. I mean to where it seems they are irepairable. Well today i uncovered the proper way to clean the tanks.

Supplies needed,
- Bleach
- Simple Green
- Hose
- Old Tooth Brush
- Paper
- Vice Grips(to clog the coolant tank while tank is gone)
- Place to put the fluids while being cleaned
- Wrags

Step-
1. Take out your coolant/wiper fluid tanks, for coolant tank, use the vige grips to clog the tube.
2. Take your simple green and spray the outside of the tank to clean the surface dirt. Get at it with an old tooth brush. Wipe off with clean wrag.
3. Clean out the inside of the tank very well, if you mix pretty much anything with bleach it can be deadly.
4. Find a nice place to out the tank so that they are completely level. As to not contain any bubles once filled.
5. Put about 2-3 cups of bleech in the tank and fill the rest with water. Let sit there fro 2-3 hours.
6. Come back and clean out the tank once again. If you have a pool thats great(the chroline will do the same thing), if not you need more bleech. Find a jug of water to put the container completely in. Put about 4-5 cups of bleach in the Jug. Fill the tank completely with water, and then put something heavy in it to make it sink to the bottom. Let this sit there over night. The bleach water will seep through the plastic and cleans it.
7. Come back to see a brand new looking white container.

Extra-
When doing the coolant tank, clog the bottom thing witha piece of long paper.

Heres what i used,

i agree at 7-8 a container it's easier to buy new ones however they don't stay white for long so if you did this process every 6 months on a new container maybe one wouldn't have to buy new ones every other year.

well right now one of the tanks is looking brand new white. the other is giving me some lip so i have is sitting in a kitty litter jug with pure chlorine(what bleach is made of, bleach is like 25% chlorine). It'll be brand new white real soon.

Can you belive one of those chlorine jugs(seen below) costs only $5? YOu pay more for bleach and its not even as powerful.

But heres the coolan tank, looks really good to me.
