A month ago I put up a poll to get everybody's opinion on which firebird is the best and it looks like GTA tops it all. So I found an 1991 Trans am GTA, T-tops,tan leather interior, 5-spd, 305 tpi
WS-6 performance suspension, and 3.42 rear end with posi-trac. Overall I think I got a decent car with 86,000 miles with one owner.

Thanks guys I'm glad I made the right choice!
I'm looking to upgrade the performance so I can keep up with the quicker cars. What's the best upgrade I should do first? I took the car to the track to see how it runs bone stock and it ran 9.80 in 1/8 miles with crappy 2.36 60 ft time at 73 mph.
I lowered the thermostat to 180 from 195 and bypass the trottle body coolant hose so far that's what I did. I wanted to put in cold air intake but it looks like it'll have to be custom made or something? does anybody have a trick?
I'm not giving up my 84 firebird
Too bad it's sitting in Colorado and I'm in Fort Worth Texas
