Harwood doesn't have a website, and their cowl hoods are vented at the windshield at the back of the cowl, not on the sides.

I'd consider other options though. Myself along with many others that I've talked to are not happy with their Harwood. I also know others that are, but it seems that percentage wise harwood has issues.

Im with Jim on this one, i have a harwood on my car, and it doesnt fit as well as i had hoped for it to. I would replace it immediately, but the money a 19 year old has isnt enough to be that picky and choosy. But definetely, if you dont have one yet, look around. Classic industries sells one, but im not sure who makes it for them. Its worth looking in to though.

The Harwood I have doesn't fit worth a ****. And, they are not ready to just "bolt on" as the catalog suggest. It took several hours of sanding and an hour of "notching" the hood around the headlights. It sucked, and the fit still blows.

Well I was one of the lucky ones that got a good hood. I have seen some of hoods that were not prepped right and did fit poor.

As the post above mentioned the hood is NOT ready to bolt on. There is a 3/4" lip all the way around the hood that needs to be trimmed off in the front and back of the hood.

EDIT: I am not saying that you all did a poor job of prepping. I know at least Jim’s hood was really wavy and I suspect the others had a poor hood also.

www.americansportscar.com has the SS style hoods. Have you ever seen one in person? I like the way the underside of the hood if finished but I really dislike the way the back of the cowl is done.

I think there is one other site called www.usbody.com that has hoods for our cars.

I bought an Unlimited Products 2.25 cowl for my car, when I got it the scoop measures 3.5 and the fit was pretty damn good. For $219 you can get the one that pins in front and bolts on in back, and for $295 you can get the one that bolts on. It only weighs 22lbs. Shipping was about $50. One and only complaint, the gel coat that it comes with could be thicker.

Several months ago CC_HotRod sent me some info about a place called Class Glass.
They offered the same hoods for $150 less then what Jegs or Summit offered them for.
But they hand make their own. They are made on order.
If we make enough noise CC_HotRod may post the number.I can't find the magazine with the phone# on it or I would post it.but I will look for it.
