i have been looking for the black Z06 wheels a long time now and finally realized they dont make the REAL wheels black unless you get them powdercoated. so of course everybody makes replicas...but the guy i might buy some from says 22-25 lbs. each for 17x9.5...is this heavy or light???what is a good weight for a wheel

 

well in real aspects its best to weigh them with the tire as well. my 18's were anywhere from 55-60lbs. my 16's in chrome with tires were 48lbs and my 18's from boze with tire are 39lbs.

never weighed just the rim.

 

does it sound pretty good of a deal??do you know...and also i heard the OE concept are the best replica wheels...i know there is a guy s/n is tomzwheels on EBAY that is always selling them for like 800. says he is an authorized dealer through OE..sound bout right? and would those be better?

 

i can't understand your typing but are you asking if 4 17's for 800 is a good deal? no it's an average deal....not great but decent and pretty much what you should pay for them. oe concepts does make an excellent wheel but remember that all of them unless gm are just casted molds anyhow.
