Nice goal.....

Riding low here with some 19" wheels....

Now both of those styles look horrible and neither are well suited to the thirdgen's appearance

Maybe something with a five-spoke design would work better, and from personal experience if you can, avoid the use of adapters.....

That's cool. I feel the same way about the 3 you posted. I guess that's why they make so many different styles of wheels....... different strokes for different folks!

If you'd run those Foose rims before any of those 3 I posted, you need to quickly get to an eye doctor and or head doctor...

all are ugly. Get some iroc wheels they look good, draglites look good, overall I like a stock or muscle car look to a rim. If wanna sit on big chrome get a caddy.

You, sir, are correct. *I* would rather run "muscle car" rims (Iroc's, Centerlines, etc.) on my cars, but that's not what the original poster is asking about. My interpretation of "pimpin'", "more rim than tire", "riding low", "big wheels", "lots of chrome" that the gentleman was asking for would be the Foose, or something along those lines. This post isn't about 'What rims would you like to sport on your ride', it's about 'How can we help the original poster find what HE's looking for.'

The Foose fits the descripion he asks for, and they are 5 spokes.

Here is my only opinion on big wheels.....

I put 19's on my car and they make my stock brakes look pitiful........

Difference between 17" wheels, and my new 19" wheels.....

I like those that Z28***** posted, the first ones. Very classic 5 spoke but with a good dish. I guess evidently Im in the minority, but I couldnt stand driving on my 91 Z28 rims anymore after having them for 4 years.

Thats one of the main reason they're pimp rims, the pricetag, about 1k each, OUCH, thats for 18's, which no doubt any of the 3 would look beautiful on a thirdgen. Im quite sure they are a 3 piece wheel.

hey charlie are those your rims?? If theyre how do u keep them like that shiny? They look hott, i like to keep stock interior body paint and rims, (besides nice 4th Gen SS black leather seats) I like to keep the camaro stock lookin as possible, and i think the 91-92 rims are one of the best looking stock rims that came out the factory... If u keep them clean

there ASANTI wheels and really expensive, as I love the looks of them, and they fit our cars, plan on about 5'gs for these. any one come across that style of wheel by another manufactuer with that large kind of lip that they have going on? I really like that look, saw some wheels like that on a VW all done up and I think it make the stance of a car stand out. makes it look like you have very wide tires. thanks

cheers

hp evos have a nice lip my wheels are iforged and they have a 3in lip on the back and a 2in lip on the front. i think the lip will be bigger on the back because of less backspacing. not sure though
