Start to Finish Pictures. Check it out!

Ok, I finally put together 26 pages of the whole re-paint process I did on my 89 Camaro. Progress notes on what I did, and over 100 pictures. Enjoy everyone!

The only thing I don't have yet is pictures of it with the whole interior back in it. Had some problems with the glue for the carpet when I upgraded to the Luxury option. The heat in the summer caused the glue to release. Apparently the glue was not designed for use on that type of plastic. I do have the correct stuff now. Just have to find the time to redo it.

Yup, I did all the painting. The interior is "technically done" but the carpet I glued on is coming off. So I'll need to re-glue it.

That thing badly needs a set of grids and IROC wheels.

Nice work on it though.

Naw no IROC rims or tail lights.. It's a RS.. Don't like to make it appear to look like what it's not. Someday I'll have a IROC too.

Grid taillights are not "IROC" taillights

nice job

Really nice job !! I think that it is really cool that your instructor let you work on your own car in class thats allot of motivation. To get to school and do the job correct. Hard work does pay off. Nice job..

I like your lights. Maybe a little biased too.. but I still like them. I have a set of perfect IROC lights, but those are going on ebay as soon as I finish my Camaro and can put my modded lights (ones like yours) in.

Car looks real good mang.

Very nice job, looks great! I also appreciate the time you took to document the process for the web, I hope more people do the same.

My $.02 on the lights - the style you have now compliment the lines of the car much better than the grids, which I consider to be distracting and borderline tacky, would.
