hey guys.......well about 6 months ago i started stripping my car back down to bare metal......I got the car perfectly straight and added 92 z28 hood blisters. I first put down ppg epoxy primer then came back with three coats of ppg 2k surfacer, then blocked the entire car smooth then came back w/ 2 more coats of surfacer and wet sanded the whole car. I put down 3 coats of PPG Crimson Red w/ just a hint of blue pearl in it. Then i put on 4 coats of PPG clear w/ a lil more blue pearl in it. I put 4 coats so that i could color sand out most of the imperfections. The car is put back together still needs sanded and buffed though but still turned out really well. Will post pics asap, hopefully tomorrow!
