How Can I Get This Stance? Pro-Street/Muscle Look....

Okay, what's the best way to get this kind of look/stance? Are these 15's or 16's? And do something like 10" in back and 8" in front (width)?
And I take it a little lowering would have to be done. BTW I don't want the exact setup 'cause mine will be more of a daily driver, where as this one is definitely not a dd. I just want a fat/tall tire in rear, and a slightly skinnier/shorter tire in front.
My car already came with a taller tire in the rear, and I really like the look....

And p.s I personally don't mind, but some people will get mad if someone goes for this look with no power to back it up. Well I'll have an okay drivetrain setup pretty soon so no worries there.

The first step is to have enough horse power for that stance to matter.

Once that's set, drop spindles in the front had a back-half with a 4 link will probably get you well on your way.
