I like it alot!!! Definately need to see a picture of it when its all painted.

How hard was it to fit, is it a fairly do it yourself job or would it be best to have someone with lots of bodyshop experience handle it?? Also what did the spoiler set you back??

Thanks... get new pics when you paint it !!

Nice choice bor. Looks liek you have the same alignment problems as i did on mine. Still havent gotten it totally worked out yet. Get a 4" cowl hood. Thats what i did and it matches up nice. I still think gm shoudl have put a spoiler like ours on the thirdgens stock.

Looks great. Where did you buy that. I think you might consider painting your wheels like I did mine. They look good on a black car.

hey thanx guys. the nose is stock but i think on that angle it makes it look more pointier then other pictures, the only thing i did was take out the grill inserts. i got bored and liked how the 91-92 z28's have theres and did alittle something of my own.

i asked a few other people about the hood and they say 3 in also but i think ill change it to the cervinies 3'' hood or maybe a glassteck or someones.

i also have a new hatch seal on there and for osme reason the passenger side sticks up like 1/4'' at the most, im thinkin of triming it down or try and get my old one out of the garbage and then find a good quality GM seal. i got a little more adjusting on the hatch, i gotta replace one hinge becuz it looks bent so that will get done.

i got the spoiler from the sponcer on the top of this site. Hawks Thirdgen. and i think at the time of the purchase was $250 and free shipping since it was a group purchase. that was a bout a yr ago.

fitment was nice. i had to widen the holes on the driver side alittle for the side pieces but other then that it bolted right on, very happy with that compared to the first design the spoiler had.

also i plan on gettin the sides and hatch tinted maybe around fall time. lowering it is in the near future but im not sure how much mainly becuz im waitin on the word from my friend weather he's goin to sell me his 454 that just sittin and needs a rebuild. so im not sure how low ill go enless i got with stock bbc manifolds. and the tips there alright, i might change the muffler to a Spintech 3'' in and out and it will only have 1 tailpipe so i might dump it right after the driverside tire or dump it out the back.

Nice man. Thats pretty much looks exactly like a second gen spoiler and i like it alot and yes that hood doesnt mesh with the sopiler at all! i have a well had (look on the body board) a glastek 2' cowl and it looked GREAT! but you should consider a harwood 3' z-28 style cowl hood.anywys it looks great just my input

theres nothing wrong with the hood. im at that point where i want to just change everything to have something new/differnt. plus when i paint my car next yr i want a nice smooth lookin cowl hood where i can put some nice SS stripes on it like on the SS chevelles.

price wise on the hood, id have no clue. it came withthe car and it was put on about 10 yrs ago. but if id sell it, it would have to be sold with the hood pins enless you know someone with skills in fiberglass work to fill the holes, and a spot under the hood where i had to clear it a little to clear my stb.

i did the exuast and well the way the tailpipes went into the muffler one is clamped on (driverside) and the other side is welded. im thinkin of cuttin the other side off and angling them up more but if i stick them straight out there will be a huge gap between them and the bumper. its the hooker catback also.

looks good man. I say keep your current hood and maybee a little lowering. Get that exhaust profesionally mounted. I had had mine remounted with all new brakets for like $20, its not expensive and it makes a world of difference.

I sure would like to see a pic of that spoiler when its painted. A few guys don't like the looks of your spoiler but I think they may change their minds once its painted. We need to see a pic of that painted spoiler!!

i think it look awsome. its starting to become as popular as the 91-92 high rise. how much is hawks selling them for? my car is at the body shop getting repainted right now it would be the perfect time to get one.

i think Hawks is sellin them for $299 i think plus shipping but im not sure check his site out.

not this pay check but next pay check ill get the paint then so in about 3 weeks ruffly it will be painted. i know i could have someone paint it but i wanna take a shot at paintin black. ive done white and yellow. that or ill see how much money i have left over from gettin a 468 bbc this week and see if i can get a pint of paint or maybe a half gallon.

all the 5'' spoilers have no L.E.D. third brake light. Willie customized his spoiler and mounted the L.E.D.'s into it.

the only thing i need to do with the exuast is adjust the tailpipes and push the tips in further. no biggies, just need the time and good weather.
