I have an 87 SC and I have decided sometime before I repaint it this fall or next spring that I want to do a grille swap and a fog light addition. The grille is no problem to get($50 new) but the foglights are almost just too expensive. Does anybody know of any aftermarket foglights that I could get to wire up,look, and work like the factory lights? If I have to I can modify the brackets a litttle.

If nobody knows of any, does anybody have a set in good shape maybe with the wires that they want to get rid of? If so I may be interested in buying some.

if your looking for cheaper fog lights hit up some auto stores, like auto zone, and check what they got, and see if you like it, i still have the RS grille on my car so i havent searously looked into buying any yet, but they were in the same isle that the bulb i needed for my directional was supposed to be in, so i checked them out, they seemed to be on the cheaper side in a monetary manner anyways, dont know about the quality

after the stockers exploded i now run pilot pl-2055c, got them at autozone for 20 bucks, they are rectangles just smaller than stock, and they are bright(almost as bright or as bright as stockers), i dont think they will work with the stock brackets but they come with some that i made work easily enough.

thanks for the ideas. I'll check my local parts stores and see if I can find what you have or something I like. I just have a hard time paying $100 a piece for the lights and $25 a piece for brackets.
