i bought it from the thirdgen.org classifieds off some guy for $160 shipped. Pretty good deal I suppose.

Installation was very very very simple. It came with 6 rivets. I just put it over the old grill, riveted 3 on the top, 1 rivet in the bottom middle, and 2 screws one of the left and one on the right on the bottom too. Then I just screwed the grill back in place from behind. Piece of cake, all of maybe 20 minutes... Looks alot better in real life, just shines - makes the car look much newer.

160 is too high for me.

I think I'll go with stainless mesh instead

this is off topic , but when do you plan to make your car look like the sig , with the rims and the black grill treatment.

me? I've changed from the Z-28 bowtie to a 92 RS matching red grill. And I stripped the pink paint from the rims.

I might be the weird one, but I dont care for it. Makes it look too much like a G'ed out RS or something. I just really love the stock grill setup I guess.

Werd. It looks a little odd on a car without any other polished metal on it, but that's just me.

I think it looks ugly with the Billet grill, IMO. I would much rather the center piece in the grill with a Bowtie on it.

I think it looks sweet. I only have one complaint. Looks like its made to fit a 4th gen more than a 3rd. Because it kinda comes to a point near the middle on the bottom. I still like it and I plan on getting one.

fog lights behind grille

I for one do not think it looks bad having the fog lights behind the grille. It seems im the only one that thinks this though. I think the idea is right.......have lights behind the grille....... I think the method is wrong though. I have my grille ready to install and im gna install it over the lights too.....the only differece is i am going to replace those fog lights with a different kind of light. Was thinking of either white lights or blue lights......the purpose of these lights will not be to use them for driving.......it will be to illuminate the grille so at night it gleams.

I have a feeling that would look really cool....any opinions about this.....

I am also not going to cut my stock grille I am going to do exactly what the thread started did just rivet it in...
why waste my time if that will work.

Couldn't you guys spray some of that NHT Nightshade on your foglights to hide them behind the grill?

I kinda like it on your car. It would look friggin awesome on a black car though.

the fog lights actually look great under the grille, and work too.

it's because i took the original pictures from a different angle... so you can't see them...

as far as blue bulbs are concerned, there's no blue bulbs for the stock foglights that i could find, i was going to do that long time ago, but they only had superwhite or yellow.

:/

I got one, and I can't find an easy way to install it. How'd you guys do it? And do you put it over the bowtie grill or in place of the bowtie? And, I've set it in there and I dont know if I like it or not.....

My Billet Grill totally changed the look of my car, I used an S-10 billet grill and cut it down to fit, and used a billet bowtie in the center
