I would go with 255/40/18s up front. and a 275/40/18 in rear. I know a 275/35 is exactly the same diameter as the stock 245/50/16 but I like a little more side wall than the 35 out back.

I was about to say why do you want 55 to go with 18's??

the whole point is less sidewall more rim when yu go bigger.

get ---/40/18's and you'll be ok.

that's a huge tire....depends on the offset of your rims but you could rub depending on where your car sits height wise.

next time use one of these tire calculators...

i dont know anything about tire sizes lucky u guys caught that for me i just figured it automatically had lowpros or something that would be decent... i have no idea what tires to get with my condors... the stealths are also a possibility.. someone direct me a link to decent sized tires for my 18's so that i can still lower my ride a bit.. xxx/xx/18's dont mean much to me
my spending limit is 2,000 found the condors for 1,340 free shipping. anyone know of better priced site?

leaves me 680 dollars for tires.. not a big budget but its what i got

i feel kinda stupid answering my own questions dont mind me but i think im gonna go with the Falken FK-451 245/40/18 seems to be almost exactly the same as stock size wheels radius wise. does 245/40/18 gonna be a good choice to go with my 18's?

thnx again for the help guys

255/40/18 up front and 275/40/18 in the back will be the best with those rims. if you can only afford 245 all around go with 18x8 inch rims.

alright i tried to find those sizes u mensioned but they dont have 1 of the sizes u mensioned in falken brand

how about this
255/35/18 in front and 275/35/18 in back would that work alright? it matches stock specs perfectly.. everything should clear correctly

ide go with 18x8 if they came that way they are 18x9 only unless i goto 20's but then we are talking a whole new ballgame

As I said before. I wouldn't go with a 35 series at all. Especial for the front. you are spending a nice bit of cash on new rims and I assume you want them to last and not get all dented up. I hope your roads are perfect. If not I would go with a 255 or 245/40/18 on an 8" in front and a 275/40/18 on a 9" or 9.5" in the rear. Go check out Nolars ride. He has 275/35/18s in the back and he said he wishes he would have gotten a little more side wall. It will protect the rims better too.

the condors only come in 9 inch wide. im getting a 4 rim package..
im trying to work with what ive got here

The falkens come in these sizes

215/40ZR-16 86 XL B

215/40ZR-17 87 XL B

215/40ZR-18 85Y B

215/45ZR-17 87Y B

235/35ZR-19 91Y XL B

235/40ZR-17 90Y B

235/40ZR-18 91Y B

235/45ZR-17 94Y B

245/35ZR-18 88Y B

245/35ZR-19 93Y XL B

245/40ZR-17 91Y B

245/40ZR-18 93Y B

245/40ZR-19 94Y B

245/45ZR-16 94Y B

245/45ZR-17 95Y B

245/45ZR-18 96Y B

255/35ZR-18 90Y B

255/35ZR-20 93 B

255/40ZR-17 94Y B

255/40ZR-19 96Y B

255/45ZR-17 98Y B

255/45ZR-18 99Y B

265/35ZR-18 93Y B

265/40ZR-17 96Y B

275/30ZR-19 96Y XL B

275/35ZR-18 95Y

275/40ZR-17 98Y B

275/40ZR-18 99Y B

285/30ZR-18 93Y B

285/30ZR-20 95 B

285/35ZR-18 97Y B

285/35ZR-19 99Y B

if 35 profile is too low then the 40s dont come in 255/40/18 inch

unless i get something like this in front 245/40ZR-18 93Y B and maybe 275/40ZR-18 99Y B in rear if im not mistaken that should work alright also how does that sound?

i apologize if ive seemed short with you guys at all this wheel sizing is killing me i appretiate all your help and am planning on returning the favor another day somehow.

dont go with falken then. 35 is too small.

the best deal i could find on tirerack.com using name brand tires would be 180 for each tire at 275/40/18...Kumho ecsta MX

maybe you should wait and either buy the rims now and save for tires, or just wait til you can afford everything at once...i highly reccomend not skimping on something like this...youll definetely regret it.

i like the rims, i just hope the offset works for you and they dont stick out too far. the 245 will fit on the rim i just hope it isnt stretched but with a 40 series i doubt it will be that much. the cost of 18's is so much it sucks to see them get bent the first time you go over a pothole.

I second the BFGoodrich KDWS choice. I have run two sets of them. Excellent tires in dry and especially in wet!
