Car: 1990 Trans Am GTA

Engine: 5.7 liter, 350 V8

Transmission: 4 speed auto.

Paint on my tires, how do I remove it?

I got some Duplicolor polyurethane wheel spray paint on my tires, and I need to remove it.

How do I remove this paint safely, without harming the rubber tire surface?
