...well i got her all put back together after a carb swap, tranny cable swap, and a new heater core. She's running well, maybe a tad rich though...I'll look into that later.

...just thought I'd take a few moments and slide you guys a few pictures I snapped tonight, if anyone has any ideas or comments, feel free to speak up. Though take into account I'm a highschool senior plum broke as of now, so nothing too outlandish

here's the interior all cleaned up, if you guys need better pics, let me know. I was shooting in my lowest camera setting so I wouldn't have to resize and miss shape things.

looks good so far

defitanly gotta do something with those wires there has to be a better way to run them like get them over to the drivers side drill a small hole in the dash behind the tach and pull the wire in there. cover the exposed wires with some black shink wrap where it comes through the dash so they are all hiddin.

new antifreeze bottle makes a bay look clean,

ditto on the decals not my idea of a good design.

why is the underside of the hood only 1/2 painted?

All I can do w/ the wiring is wrap it in electrical tape so it doesn't pop out at you as much, I've tucked them up and under as far as I can get them... off to buy more tape

I've contemplated removing my sweet "racing" stickers also...

...the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor is staying put though, sorry

...off topic, anyone have any luck w/ Microsoft Picture It! Express?
Seems like a minature photoshop...

... or you could run the wires through the capped off hole underneath the top of the dash

car looks killer!!! a trick I used to do when mounting the tach under the center vents is to wrap it is wire loom and run it to the cig lighter hole. take out the lighter "guts" and run the wire into the dash. there is also a small lens just above your tach under the overhang of the dash pad. it is small enough to run 2-3 wires thru. check it out.....

Good call on removing the stickers.

I can't tell if the white border around the deck is an installation bracket or not. If so, I'd suggest replacing it with a black one, or maybe painting it.

The wires absolutely must be rerouted. That alone would make the interior look good. They're kind of an eyesore, hanging out as they are.

Also, mount that front tag back on the car. It's like a saw blade sitting on the dash if you ever get in a wreck. OUCH!
