your hood is a bolt on from harwood right? when you got it, did it have excess glass that had to be trimmed off? or did you just have to mount it up and then start trimming as needed? From the picture it looks pretty good now, how long and strenuos was it for you? i only ask this because i just found a harwood lift off 2 in cowl for like 100 bucks thats never been mounted and im on a tight budget here

That Harwood is a sorry piece of ****. Before you can even close it, you need to trim a great deal of material off of the sides. The material is there for strength during shipping. Anyway, the hood fits like ****. I slotted my hood hinges 1/2" at the fenders and another 1/4" at the hood. The hood still sits 3/8" too far back. It also sits too high by about 3/8" despite slotting the adjustment slots on the latch by an additional 1/2". What a huge waste of $450.
