As for quality... it's hard to really tell how well it was done and fits with the whole car by just those pics, but IMO i don't think it looks right, they should be opposite of how they are.... as in the skulls get smaller as the hood narrows, rather than the way it is. But it's a neat idea, just need a better shot.

it looks like someone's first ever attempt at air brushing. Looks like there is some artistic talent there but is definitly not a quality job. Almost looks like someone just tried to do something off the top of their head....and it didnt work

im not really into skulls so IMO i dont like it. i also dont like how the skulls get smaller as the scoop gets wider, i think they should get bigger as it gets wider. plus the circular shape of skulls doesnt flow with the sharp lines of a 3rd gen camaro

Not bad attempt...ya dont get good unless you practice. Some times you dont know what it will look like until it is painted on. Personally, I love Skulls-Flames-Tribals-or anything "dark". What I would have done with yours (especially with that hood), is lay out a tribal pattern following the scoop lines (mimmic it going into the scoop opening), and filled the tribals with the skulls, then shade for the 3-d look. I would also put stripes on the spoiler/decklid the same tribal/skull pattern (but leave them off the front/rear bumpers). Thats just my opinion though. Anyway, keep playing with that Abrush.

I agree that if you gotta get it, then it should be the other way around with the smaller skulls towards the front of the car. But I don't like it, it looks kinda out of place to me.

thanks for all the input both positive and negative..
The airbrushing was not done by me.. It was done by a professional (belive it or not by some of yalls comments!) He has over 10 years in airbrushing, and does mostly custom motorcycles. Origionally he was going to do much more than just the intake but i only wanted a little done to begin with.
Like i said its not for everyone, and the photos dont do it justice at all, but thats life i guess. All comments are welcome though.. so yall can keep em coming if theres anyone else who would like to.

If you really look at it it makes it look like the skulls get smaller because they are getting sucked into the hood. THats just me though, not a big airbrush on car fan but it dont look bad at all

thanks..
well the only reason im even selling them is because of the 4th gen rear that ive put in it. It kicks the rims out too far, so i can tuse them and the adapters.
Im probably going to go with chrome 02 SS style rims. They arent too expensive and they look good...

can you take a picture of the entire front of the car so the skulls can be seen? the pic up close is so hard to tell what it looks like as a whole, and you took the picture at a weird angle so the design almost looks slanted

From the front of the hood, it faded back towards the windshield. If anyone is familiar with the song "The Trooper" from Iron Maiden, then they know exactly what I'm referring to!
