i have pictures in my sig. 5% is way too dark if you have to drive your car in the cark with the windows up . I have to roll the windows down if i drive at night . But its fine during the day and it looks sweet as hell.

The factory T-tops, IIRC, are 20% right? So look at how dark your T-tops are if you have them. 5% will be more than 2x darker.

My eyes require it which, is what makes driving the co. vehicle a pita (no tint allowed)...
Even with 5% all around.. daily driver.... I still wear sunglasses untill the streetlights come on (drivers window is down)....
5% all around (ex-daily driven)....

5% on the hatch, lighter on the sides... I definitly do NOT reccomend 5% on the sides if you drive your car at night...

my tint shop described my tint as "dark" on the hatch and "medium" on the sides... I'd approximate that they're something like 35% or so...

darker then your avg 20% , but its just right for a daily driver..just have to adjust your eyes a little bit when you drive at night but other then that its great...its actually ligther then it looks in the picture .. i wouldnt get anything lighter then 20%.. i live in new york and im suprised i havent gotten a ticket for tints yet, been pulled over many times just never for tints or for driving with my fog lights on

If this is going on a daily driver, I recommend at most 20% all around. I have 20% on the back of my RS and it's plenty dark. I think I'd rather go 35% all around... no side tint allowed in NJ, but you don't get hassled much for 35%.

yeah i got 5% on the back 5% strip on the winshield 15% on the driver and passanger side and 2.5% on the ttop. i have no problem at night. but 5% on side windows would be to much.
