Chromed rims

I have a 91 formula w/Stock rims. I really like the look of them. Has anyone seen or had these type of rims chromed?

Although I'm sure it's possible, do a search for polishing your own rims. It's hard work, but you can get a near-chrome shine.

I never was a big fan of those late formula wheels but they look awsome chromed
I wonder if anyones ever chromed out the early firebird turbo cast wheels.I think they would look cool but prob a waste of time and money to chrome out those rims, but still, they would look cool

Hey LAFireboyd. Any Idea about the cost on doing that. Those look awesome and exactly what I am looking for.

I've checked a couple of different chrome shops, and the price range seems to be around $100-$125 per wheel.

I found that pic on ebay late last year. The seller was asking about $900 for the set already chromed.

Do you have a picture of them on the car. I mean further away so you can see the whole car? Thanks

Nope. And that one isn't of my wheels. It's just a pic I found for a set being sold on ebay last year. I saved it because they're very similar to my '87 wheels, which I've been planning to get chromed.

And there's another chrome set for sale on ebay right now. But again, it's just pix of the wheels on the ground, not on the car.

Search ebay for 7967972506
