Actually it is 50% my fault!!!! I up the PSI to about 12-13 lbs on the charger and I went WOT and shifted into fourth...NOT GOOD FOR THE L!!!! The other 50% (FORD) is because they built a shortblock with powder iron rods THEY CANNOT HANDLE SHEET!!!!!

The bird is happy though and the Infinty 12's in the back kinda make my drives to work less stressful

Not how I change the plugs......REGULARLY!!!! I got it down to 44 minutes...Which is insanely fast for the truck.

I got to admit though....I get more compliments on the 'Bird.

It has nothing do do with how often you change the plugs. Just another bad design by ford. Its covered under warantee tho, assuming you have one. just letting you know it happens often. prolly cuz of the pressure inside the cylinder, and its aluminum the plug isn't. Good luck, hope your luckier than most.

The plugs blow out due to the four thread design on the heads (instead of 8)....Guys....Why the hating towards FORD!!!! American Muscle is American Muscle..... I own the Formula (Pontiac), Lightning (FORD) and a Durango w/318 (Dodge). Love them all!!!!
