I second that motion - the gray is HOT!! Nice car - didn't know they were made with that color combo. Beggars can't be choosers when it comes to finding a nice IROC - I picked mine up for the conditon second to the paint color. Really nice car you've got there!!!

I really like the maroon vert.
but I'm kinda partial to mine.
IROC decals and stripes removed when repainted.

I love all the IROC's!!!! Mine is in the middle of a 305-350 swap right now and it's killing me not being able to drive.
Anyway I have always hated the pinstripes and I'm not replacing them. Anybody else here "NOT" like the pinstripes?

if you put wheels, hood, etc on the car.... then the stripes look out of place.
there is a guy who is down the street, always has a car cover on his iroc, never thought anything of it.
saw it with the cover off.
its MINT!
red, 89.... has the lower stripe kit, stock wheels, and all.
i gotta get a pic of it!

Re: Hottest looking IROC-Z's
Hi how are you? How much did it cost to paint yours if you did? Also do you have cup holders in yours? Cause this is my main car of transportation and no cup holders

Re: Hottest looking IROC-Z's
Um, check the post dates, this thread is 6 years old. And no, if you wanted cup holders you need to find a Firebird as some had them in the doors.

Otherwise, you could fabricate one:

Re: Hottest looking IROC-Z's
hey siCkRs....it is actually Lexan...not as brittle,1/4 inch thick
Lexan is what nascar and airplanes use for windows
I just the metal out leaving the 4 corner mounting points, and used windshield sealant under it...haven't been on a long road trip yet, but shouldn't be a problem, should be plenty of air flow through the engine bay to keep cool enough....might need to remember to crack the hood once it is park though.
yeah there is a blue camaro on here with a daytona hood, that I got the idea from....so gotta give him props for it.

Re: Hottest looking IROC-Z's
not sure about the wheel and tire choice for the yellow one, but man the body is real nice. i even like the yellow!
some grey centers on the wheel and wider tires would set it off. to my eyes anyway. very clean!!!
