In need of a BODY KIT and RIMS

I"m looking for some 22's and I am trying to get my third gen to look like a supra!.
Just messing!
It's been a while since I last posted here I think this might be my first post in like a little over a few years. Originally, I was working on an 83 camaro, hense the name 17camaro83 and I was 17 at the time hoping to pump out a 400-500hp motor. I am now 20 and have deiceded to scrap the 83. I now have an 88 IROC-Z T-top with 305 with a 5 speed transmissioin that I got for just 1200 bucks in working order. now here is where things become relivent. the car needs a paint job and a little body work... for instance the rear spoiler/fin that it has, the passenger side is cracked and the drivers side door has a little rust. now I will take the car to a body shop to remove the rust and fix some of the body but the paint.. I want to paint it black.
What kind of paint should I look for?
Any brands I should know about?
Any shops that you may know in MD around the DC/Baltimore area?
Is MAACO a really good place?

By the way..... I did complete the 400-500hp motor of the 83. I have only turned it on a few times..... the vibration of the 388 almost knocked the car off the jackstands... it has alot of power.
but I don't know what to do with it.. the car is TPJ and the motor is carburated? maybe drop it in a 78 Trans am?

All I know is that Maaco isnt really that good at all but if your just looking to get a quick coat of paint on there its ok. Also I would stick with lighter colors or at least not black if your going to do alot of body work. My cars in paint right now and I was talked out of doing black because I have alot of body work and some filler areas.
