Another questions bout racin' stripes


Ok,have some more q's about stripes:

1)Should i go with one big stripe like in this pic its the same color paint and stripe as i want:

2)Should i just put it on the hood and rear decklid or on the hood too?

personally i like the look of two stripes. and I'm pretty sure the factory heritage stripes only cover the hood and decklid and not on the roof. I like it best that way, but do what you like. post some pics when you get it done, I'd like to see it. I love that color. I almost went with it but opted for a navy instead.

Hey, if you've got t-tops, then definately not on the roof. But, even if not, then not on the roof anyway.

I personally like the looks of the dual stripes and wouldn't put them on the roof.

i had an 85sc. i had it painted metallic black with white racing stripes all the way from the nose to the rear bumper, excluding the roof because of t-tops. it looked sweet, but if i had a hardtop i would get it on the roof too. just my opinion.

Leave the roof stripes for those mustang boys. I just dont think it looks right IMHO. I looked into it and decided on stripes all the way back with none on the roof. Very happy with it. Pictures of mine are at beginning of post
