How to polish my 91 GTA?
So I purchased a 91 GTA on Tuesday.... last night, the previous owner delivered it to me on a flatbed trailer around 10:30 PM. We were taking it off the trailer, and a couple of guys stopped in the middle of the street and shouted "That's a sweet GTA, is it yours?" and started asking all these questions about the car. I didn't even get it off the trailer, and I'm already drawing attention.
Attention that isn't necessarily good, because I dont need highschool punks (no offense to those of you still in hs) keying my car when I'm not around.
Moving on... the previous owner sprayed some mud on the car during transportation. (no big deal) He suggested washing, polishing, and then waxing only the smooth surfaces. He also reccomended this specific polish for black cars. (My bird is black.) But for the life of me, I can't remeber what it was. He said it was really high quality, professional grade stuff. You guys have any idea what I should use? I dont want products that are going to take me 24 hours of washing, buffing, etc etc. I just want something that looks good, and that will take a reasonable amount of time.
Thanks!
Bill

Supposedly a 350. From all the problems I've had with the car, I wouldn't be suprized if the PO lied.
