Jeez, I was expecting something really bad with the way you're all carrying on. It has some crappy paint and a bunch of air lift equipment, big deal.

From those pictures, it looked like he didn't have a care in the world concerning the appearance of his interior.

i dont know what the bid deal you all are making. personally i think hydraulics would be pretty fun.

or is it the fact that SOMEONE actually decided to do something DIFFERENT with their car for a change. instead of putting on SS hoods and shaving door handles like EVERYONE else.

anyways. i kinda like it.

I'm all for doing you own thing, but... he/she spray painted the engine gold, did it with the thing assembled... How long would it have taken to at least remove the belt?

I wuld hate to see what kind of dirt and grime that got painted over.

Saw a truck once that someone hit with chrome in a can...there will still clumps of dirt on the differential that got painted with the rear! Sheesh!

That's so that the air can still run through the filters before entering the engine compartment. Once the filtered cool air hits the hot manifold, it changes molecularly and reacts with the free radical ions from the specialized gold paint, causing a chemical reaction similar to nitrous. The volatile mixture is then sucked into the open carbeurator (sp) and converted into massive amounts of raw power, which in turn puts the torque down to the Chinese pre-balded pseudo-slicks. The hydraulics allows the driver to pre- load one side of the rear end, to eliminate wheel hop, keep the pseudo-slicks plastered to the ground and prevents the sheer torque from snapping the axles.
