man that is a SHINY paint job...someone must have doubled up on the clearcoat and prepped that sucker RIGHT! either that or you have a REALLY good camera, lol. i would polish the turn signal lenses like mentioned above and ditch the base model/RS grille. i have never been a fan of the hood you have (just looks too busy with the holes in the sides, the cowl AND the IROC louvers) but i love how you painted inside the holes red...that makes it actually look pretty nice on your car...good job man!

Nice, I really like the red vents on the hood. Where'd u get the hood and how much? I've been considering that one too.

In all actuality, this is a picture of the car before I bought it, when I was just considering it.
screaminformula: I would love to grab one of those -camaro- grilles and swap it out! In the meantime, I just repainted the stock one to bring it back to life.
ddn69: I didn't paint it myself, but I did a month's worth of grueling prep work to save on cost! It was painted locally by a not-so-well known shop. I think they do beautiful work.
Lazer: I actually picked the hood up from a fellow TGO board member, named John in RI. He was a really cool guy and held it for me so that I could make the drive from CT to RI and pick it up. I got it pretty cheap, but I did have to do some fiberglassing on the surface and also around one of the bolt holes to correct a problem.
THANKS EVERYONE FOR THE COMPLIMENTS!!

Thanks a lot guys! I think it's coming a heck of a long way from its start. And to think the only thing I planned on doing was replacing the gas tank!!

you should have left the banner and pins off. It looks awesome either way man, good job.
grid style taillights, tinted windows, and a new front grill will set it off very nicely. Looks very good though, you would never know it was the same car. Im not sure how that hood works, but my brother has the same one and it doesnt have the louvers on it, kind if like the early z28 hoods, I think it looks better without the louvers.

EjBaL: I think that actually does look very nice without the louvers, i'd love to see a picture from more of a distance. I would go that way, but it would require a bit of work to flatten out the areas where the holes are, and then to fill in the holes themselves with fiberglass yada yada. Then I would have to rough it up and have it painted again lol and considering its for sale, I wouldn't trouble myself. Definitely looks great without though.
