Before and after... Do I need more?

Old wheels: 235X60 R15

New Wheels: 245X50 R16

I'm debating whether or not I should have the wheels painted gold but really, I could almost leave them the way they are and just ditch the gold stripe.

Oh... I got the fancy bezels in the dash today too (Thanks Brad!)

Bling factor on the rise...

I love your bird.

It's absolutely gorgeous.

Sorry I don't have a recommendation on the wheels but just wanted to let you know you have one sexy vert.

your car looks awsome. its a tough descision either leave em silver or go gold. they look good silver but to me it almost makes the whole car look dull. could be just the quality of the pics tho. id paint em gold so they stand out better. just my 2cents

If it was, I'd paint the wheels black with the chrome lip. But thats just me...if I had to choose between the gold and silver I'd just leave em silver.

I'm gonna have to vote for gold too. Nice ride by the way. And make sure you keep that "bling factor" under control.

Indeed.

After having the car on the dyno today, it's clear where I need to spend my time, attention, and money.

Thanks for the opinions, gents. I'll probably let it ride for a while and then decide on the gold later.

like the new look very sweet. not a fan of silver or gold.. i would go black and leave the lip polished or maybe do em in the body color? not sure how that would look maybe someone can do some p.s. on it to get all three looks....

Go for the stock charcoal/gunmetal color.

The new wheels look great, but I really liked the look of the gold wheels. The gold color seems to really complement the red paint and make it appear more vibrant. With the silver, it's a little less interesting. However, you can't go wrong either way--that's one good looking car .

I agree, The silver is cool too, but I think the gold wheels look better with the tan top and interior....

Nice car!

Thanks bros...

The jury is still out. I'm leaning toward gold (because of the tan top). Looks like that will be the project this fall.

iansane, I would go with the gunmetal but I changed colors from flash red to candy apple metallic. Your top is black, right?

Hrmm...I don't exactly remember. It hasn't been up in a few weeks.

Yeah, it's black so it goes well I guess. I'm just not a fan of gold AT ALL. If it were mine, I'd pull the stripes, bird decals, paint the wheels dark and save for a black/grey interior.

May not be what you want to do though. Either way it looks real nice.

Then my car would be... YOUR CAR!

The way I figger, if I go with the gold and then have to sell it, some whacky Niners fan around here will pounce on it. hehe

So?! I like it! It's not going to be like this for long anyways, I'm trying to find a set of 4thgen ws6 five spokes to powdercoat black/polished lip.

EDIT: Besides, You don't have the popup delete. And if it were my car, I wouldn't do what I did anyways.

And you're in the right area to find a niners fan!

I would get the wheels painted gold. Id also remove the decals from the gas cap door and from under the fender badges.

Some times less is more.

I'm sorry. You have to show a picture of all your cars together now before I take your advice.
