Well don't forget that you have stuff like your choice of headers/exhaust...that could potentially change its output

But it should be quick either way

Sharp! Looks like it should be pretty quick and be quite the eye-catcher.. one thing tho...

Isn't $3500 a little pricy tho? for tpi? I asked a junkyard in my area how much they would sell a '98-02 LS1 for and i was quoted around $3500 for motor+computer and wireharness.. He may not have had the authority to give me that quote (cause it did seem a little low) but still.. meh, i dunno

LS1(and the work/other money involved involved thereof)>tpi

not to diss you man, still a good buy, post pics when its installed!!

yeah, I thought so too, but its actually a brand new crate shortblock from Five Star Motors that has zero miles on it

this is the actual engine used with the show polished TPI hardware bolted on it
