thanks guys!! wheels are great Shawn, I think they will look awesome with this color. Ill send you some pics soon. Got alot down, but most of it is supsension front and rear. 9" ford installed with new control arms and panhard arm from spohn. front and rear eibach pro springs. Pro-15 all front suspension (love that stuff) I even por-20 the headers (hope it holds up) Still have a long way to go, but It will be worth it in the long run...Oh I forgot....Front LS1 brakes and rear LT1 pbr brakes.

Its funny how the garage light make it look that way. Its actually a deep red and changes color from light to dark depending on how the light hits it. The quart we used on the engine engine compartment was over $100.00 (ppg paint)

They are hooker super comp long tubes with por-20 on them. Hope it holds up cause they look pretty good. They were pretty rusty before. Just gave them a quick sandblasting on applied por-20. Ive been trying to be carefull when reassembling not to scratch anything, but its hard. It will be a weekend/nice day car. I want to drive it. Its not perfect by any means, but it looks decent. Thanks for the compliments.

Your progress looks great. What rotors are you using with your LS1 brakes?

Thanks. The rotors came with the kit I got from bigbrakeupgrade.com. The companys name that makes the rotors is stopcheck (714 720 6413) I purchased rear rotors from them to match the front. Cant remember how much, but were very resonable.

Its a 406. 11.1 trw forged pistons. 5.7 x-rods with arp bolts. z/28 factory high pressure pump. z/28 windage tray. Summit dart heads I bought 9 years ago. 2.05 intake 1.6 exhaust valves. 7/16 studs. crane 1.6 roller rockers. Crane hydraulic .502/.516 lift 294/300 duration. eldebrock performer rpm and barry grant 820 double pumper. Motor makes tons of torque. Should be a blast with the T56. I actually built this motor 9 years ago. Sold the car 6 years or so ago and just bought it back at the beginning of the year. The motor looks brand new inside. I never drove it before and neither did the guy who bought it. I bet it doesnt have 1000 miles on it..lol. The guy I sold it too said it went 7.50 in the 1/8 with the stock 3.42 rear.

Re: aumlet red

Maybe it's just the pics, but I'd say it has a hint of pink to it, especially where the light HITS & reflects.

Please say it's only the cameras fault!
