o.k. the "stupid/useless" 1/2 bra has gotta go. how long should i wait until i can sand and buff, i guess the question is, when will it be cured?

 

This is the same stuff I used to paint my green IROC-Z but I didnt use any clearcoat, it was straight up single stage. We didnt get enough coats on to really be able to make it look nice, neighbor called the cops on us. But some parts came out nice. Some parts got wetsanded/buffed too much, started seeing primer behind the paint.

 

thats what hvlp guns are for lol. less overspray to **** the neibors off.

 

You should be able to wetsand and buff it about 24 hours after you paint it. That's the ideal time since the paint is still kinda soft. Make sure you don't sand too much, and find a pro to buff it.

Also... does the car have stripes?
