Polishing Runners ?
Okay, okay I know this subject has been posted before but I wanted to know what everyone has used to get BETWEEN the runners when sanding.

Use a quick search and it'll yield a lot of results. Besides youd get better info on the TPI board or maybethe FAQ's.

use strips of stand paper as mentioned but use finer and finer grits to acheive the smooth look. also being the cast version wont take much to knock down you souldn't need much sanding.

Axle/Gears: ones with teeth
i used a trip of sabd paper and pulled it back and forth.. hope that makes scence.... run the paper around the runner and put your hands on the other side of the curve of the paper and pull back n forth..
