Get this, ive had only ONE ticket with my Blue, clear coat chippin paint, and technicaly the ticket was never issued cause of traffic school or w/e its called , lesson here is Dont speed in small towns

 

yeah, ive gotten 2 tickets in my suburbia where the cops have NOTHING to do (when somone gets pulled over, you always see at least 2 cop cars). But the cops are going faster than me in downtown indianpolis...they dont have time to pull you over unless you are going 80

 

ive seen the Cali Highway patrol pass me up when im going 75 in the right hand lane, they are atleast going 90+ mph with out lights, i would report them but they go by so fast i cant get the unit # but if i passed them up going 90+ i would be pulled over in a heart beat

 

My GTA is black and it is definitly noticed more. I have gotten pulled over for no reason many times, no ticket give, no real reason. Cop just askes for license, insurance, registration, etc. goes and runs it and says make sure you drive safe??? I don't know WTF posses them to pull me over, but I have NEVER gotten pulled over in my DNR green pickup truck. I have had cops wave at me as I go by them going 15 over.

 

my cars turd brown... So far only got tickets for "excessive noise" Tomorrow is the last day i can safely drive the car on the road without being worried about getting it towed, My 30 day warning is up tomorrow and i dont have any cash for a complete exhaust


Back on topic... I think having it all rusted to crap will make it less noticable i would say primer gray or flat black, make it look old school musclecarish

 

havent been pulled over yet....and yet, I wouldnt nominate candy apple red as a good 'cover color' lol

Thats what I was thinking. I drove my white Z28 everyday all day. 4 seasons a year. Got pulled over 13 times and only 1 ticket. They just don't like the camaro. Plain and simple. After alllllll my mods they will hate me. Oh well, slow and steady I go till I am positive they are not around.

 

I drive it often enough that I could get pulled over with the numerous violations on the car ie. no front plate, dark tint, no cat, blacked-out turn signals.....but knock on wood, it hasnt happened yet....must have some nice/lazy officers up here

 

Make it old school and your fine, atleast around here. They figure your an old guy, and don't bother you

Oh yeah, the color is by House of Kolor... Orion Silver Basecoat and Cobalt Kandy Blue midcoat followed by a gallon of clear.
