Do you guys think it is better to go above the headers or try and hide them under?
If not hidden what style is best in your opinion, I just can't decide.

buy the proper ends and 'bulk' wire and make your own custom length wires.. Run them up and along the valve covers. Short, tidy, proper length wires really clean things up.. and hopefully you can find a nice colour to contrast or match your colour scheme.
If all else fails, run them under the headers and behind the block where they're mostly hidden.
