Can you bleach the tanks white again? I've got some extra ones I can play with.

Ive been wanting to try that.Since you have extra ones you have nothing to loose....unless you spill some on your clothes or shoes

My buddy told me once to pour in some alcohal and salt and shake it around.I tried it and didnt work.I guess he didnt realize it only works for cleaning bongs lol

I bought it from a member here about a month or so ago.
It came with the vent block off plates and the heater controls and some wiring.
I am not going to use the heater controls yet since I've read that you need to change the inside box setup from vacuum to mechanical. The block off plates go in place of the outer vent on each side of the car near the doors.
I paid $110 shipped for all the parts.

Did your car not come with cruise or did you ditch it?

Looks real good under there. Looks like you got that upper radiator hose block-thingy worked out?

Ya, I ditched the cruise after it stopped working. I hardly used it at all when it did work.

I pulled off the hose support/belt guard off of my parts car and found a hose that fit much better from the radiator to the HSR.

im planning on ripping my A/C delete box and pulley outta my car and putting back the A/C stuff. after all this time i want A/C back. even if it means less room. the heat is too much down here in FL. im currently in the process of getting together all the parts.

they are the real deal, Russel -6an lines and fitting. The lines and fittings were left overs from when we did my friend Julians LT1 swap on his 82 Trans Am. I still have a few more fittings and line left too. We had about 60' of braided lines and 20-30 fittings.
here is one of the boxes,

looks good Manny. So how much of a difference did you notice before and after installing the HSR?

I noticed a drop in torque and the car pulls a bit harder up to 5K. doesn't drop off at 4500 like before.

Have you done anything chip-wise yet?

I messed around with mine a little bit just to fix the idle and low R characteristics to keep the blm's closer to 128 and now it pulls pretty well and at around 3.5k it just kicks in and runs away from me.

lookin good. Zephyr, I plan to get a RA1 hood and am strongly considering the Stealthram myself. How much clearance do you figure there is between the throttle body and the hood with what you have? I was wondering if a custom built strut tower brace would be freasible over the stealthram.

there is plenty of space above the HSR, but clearance above the strut towers is small.
It seems as if you will need to have the brace mounted like stock and have the bar bend above the HSR.

it will be shaped like this ____/````\____

I tested my Jamex bar to see if I could raise the mounting points and that wouldn't work, mounts would hit the hood..

Awesome, Thanks for your reply. I'm glad to hear that the space is there to make one if I go that route

Nope, the BMR one is made to clear the TPI unit, the HSR is much taller.

I remember seeing a white camaro that was used for road racing, it had a custom made stb. It was just a curved bar.
