Rear Window

I have a 88 IROC coupe that I bought last year and it had louvers on the rear window. I took them off because they shake and rattle to damn much, but when I took them off now my back window has rows of water spots where it dripped off the louvers. I tryed about everything to remove the spots but without much sucess. If you know of something I would like to know. Thanks.
