All the air dams I've ever seen are black.

When you go there, ask for a "Lower Air Deflector", and make sure they don't give you one for a Camaro, because they are NOT the same part.

ok i have the part numbers that i ordered and i got these from a web site called 3rd degree and it was they mostly based there mods on 85-87 TA's adn i thought since mine was a 88 firebird formula that the part numbers would be the same but anyways here are the gm p/n's for the air deflectors:
center one that is sliver p/n10020322
black air damn p/n 10017673
amy one that may be able to know if these fit 88 and up or any 3rd gen let me know i would have to hate to wait a week to get these parts again so let me know thanks!!

If you have the right part # I wouldn't see how they could give you the wrong part. The T/A & Firebird had different deflectors,, the 'bird had a short deflector(#13), the T/A had a flat long(or tall, whichever) one to clear the gfx (you don't want this one)

Replacing the airdam is a good idea, not only does it help the car aerodynamically, but youll notice it looks a HELL of alot better with one than without.
