I haven't seen black, but here's graphite rattle can. I'd say go for it.

Yeah, the whole thing. Maybe the lips stay chrome...

That rattle can doesn't look too bad up there. I think I would have it professionally done though...

Axle/Gears: They spin (most of the time)

i need to refeshen up my wheels too, but i just what silver...who does this for a reasonable price??
