Hey, how do I replace the fog lights on my GTA? I dont see how you would get down to them to unplug and plug new ones in, also, how do I replace the headlights? I wouldnt know the 1st thing on how to get a motorized headlight out without messing something up, search feature dont work at the moment.

Also, is there a way to make my parking lights brighter? Ive seen 4th gen cars with super bright parking lights and I would like to get mine somewhere near that brightness.

 

The foglights - just remove the lens first by taking off the two plastic pieces on the sides holding it on. Have like a rag around the foglight hole (to not scratch paint), should come straight out and disconnect the wire connectors by pulling on them.

Headlights - turn on headlights and disconnect battery, flip-ups should stay up.

The 4th gens have daytime running lights (DRL's). There is a kit you can buy online somewhere or you can round up the parts yourself. Sorry thats all i know about DRL's.

 

alright i'm bringing this back up because its a bitch getting the retainer ring off, i got the top two screws out but i can't get to the bottom ones so if anyone could tell me how the hell i get these things out it would be greatly appercieated.

 

I bought some halogen aftermarket fog lights @ Advance Discount A.P. for $17.99 and they are brighter than the headlights! I only had to change the connector on the back, and they went right in (don't overtighten they crack easy) but it sure beats $40 a piece @ most other retailers (and not halogen either) Check out my garage for pics...
