Billet Specialties Fast Lane
I posted on another thread but it looks like more wheels discussions on this one. I kind of like the looks of the Billet Specialties Street Smart Fast Lane wheels. Anyone have these? Anyone have a picture on a red IROC?

I also am looking for some guidance on fitment. I have the Ed Miller front brakes kit. Currently need a 7/32-inch spacer plus rear IROC wheels to work. Stock IROC front wheels stick out too far and tires rub on fender. What would be the recommended backspacing and offset for a set of 17-inch by 8-inch Fast Lanes? I asked about this on the Brake Board. I'm interested in anyone having seen these wheels "in the flesh" or pictures on cars.

You will want a 4.75 inch backspace on the front to make up for the brakes. Wheels are too subjective, as long as you like them is all that really matters

Thanks for the response!
You recommended 4.75-inch backspacing. Is that with zero offset? As I said on the brake board ... The stock rear IROC wheels fit but, the inside of the spokes hit the caliper so I had to add a spacer (Mr. Gasket 7/32-inch gives me about a 1/32 to 1/16-inch clearance between spokes and caliper). My question is, what do I get for backspacing and offset on aftermarket wheels? I would like to go with 17-inch by 8-inch on the front. The stock wheel has a 5-inch backspacing with a 16 mm positive offset. Do I simply subtract the 5.5 mm of the spacer from the 16 mm offset?
Do you have aftermarket wheels on an upgraded brake front end? Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the responses. Nice wheels ... what kind/size are they?
I have looked around the various boards some but didn't feel confident on the effect of the brakes upgrade
Thanks again.
