Those are factory Pontiac Rally rims. 2nd Gen Firebirds had these, along with (I believe, but not sure) some of the early 3rd Gen's. I've seen a couple early 3rd Gen's in my area with this style rim, but I'm not sure if they were factory, or were added by owners. I believe they were 14x5.5 or 14x6. I do not know exact years they were available. If you need replacements, Summit racing sells new ones, or they should be fairly easy to track down in local salvage yards. I realize this is not too much help, but its a start.
