What years of Camaros had wheels like these ones from the factory? Did they all come painted same as the body color? Was the painted wheels an option?

The 15" five-spoke aluminum wheel was originally used on the 1982 - 1987 Z28. It came in silver and gold. In 1986 and 1987, charcoal was added.

In 1988, the Sport Coupe got this wheel in gray and gold, but it was completely painted, unlike the previous years. This was a one-year only.

The RS got this wheel as standard equipment for all its years, 1987 thru 1992. It originally came in silver with red, white and teal added in the later years (I may have missed some other colors).

My 89' RS has wheels like those except the inner parts of the spokes are painted black. My car is also black and they are the factory wheels and were painted at the factory. I don't know when they started doing that however

Don't forget 88 IROCs, the rarest of them all had the Z28 15" std- just one year thing.
