I understand everybodies concern regarding the Fox Body Mustang lights on a camaro, but I think it's a solid foot forward toward the biggest black eye on these cars. Now I also scratch my head on the fittment issues near the quarter panels, but with a little massaging of the metal in those area's I think it would be a improvement. If not the Stang lights then somthing else please!!! Stock lights SUCK!!!!

Round lights look discusting on these cars...Stock lights look better then any rendering i have seen. I just hate the amber in the lights. I tinted mine black. Whether its tinting that or tinting the whole lights or even the red tail light mod we can make these lights look A LOT better...Now if only someone would make some clear lights...
I love my grid tail lights i have like 4 sets of them...they fit the cars perfect.

i don't post on here much anymore, but the car in the pictures, and the photoshops is mine. here's more on the swap:
Techcessive.com - Corvette Taillights
although yes it's not a perfect solution, i was just sick of the grid lights, and i thought it was something different.

Kind of on the same topic...Over the 4th of July at a carshow, I saw a Fiero with C4 taillights and I didn't notice they were C4's right away. It didn't look to bad actually, looked almost stock. The car was painted dark blue and the section for the C4's was painted black. Point is, if it was done right, maybe someone who doesn't know camaros couldn't tell the difference. A big maybe though.

Re: corvette tail light mod
holy crap! anyone else notice that looks like a second gen? the way you pulled the rear end back, and how its got the circular tailights, it kinda does look like a 2nd gen, even more so if you put on a hawks 5"er.
if someone did that, it might be kinda cool. id have to see it first though.

Idk, you'd really have to work to make that conversion look good, and in the end I still think the stock looks better. Innovative idea, but wrong car for the job.
