Suggestions for what I should do for Paint/Body?

Just looking for some opinions...

Couple shots of my dinged up 83 z28 factory pretty much except the wheels of course. I was wondering, should I salvage some 82-84 ground effects or just go with some later version? I am 50/50 on this, I love the look of both. I guess it would depend on wether or not I want the original style. I will be Replacing that fender of course, nasty little dent in a bad spot. I want to see some opinions, I am having a hard time finding the 82-84 Gfx in good condition off another car, especialy the front clip.

Paint? Suggestions please. Redo the stock look? With later gfx would probably be best to do a solid color?

What I want to do with this car is still up in the air as far as looks go. Let me know what you think.

And yes, I do need more rubber in the rear. I got a great deal on all 4 tires new that is the only reason you don't see more in the back haha.

What wheels are those? The car looks nice, I am like you and split on the old/new style GFX. I'd say go with the best deal.

sdfasdf

silver slp zr1s, I got them around christmas time for a great deal off SLP, free shipping. 500 bucks! I don't see them being sold there anymore though. I saw them on some of the other members cars and loved the look. Having them also made me install a 2 way pager alarm on the car also haha.

Personally, I'd go with stock effects. As far as paint I can't make a suggestion. I like the color combo you have though. If you go with newer effects, I'd stash a way a good set of origionals in case you ever decide to go back to stock.

I used to have those wheels on my car.Loved the way they looked but tires will kill you.Couldnt keep my car lined up with them on and went through 3 tie rod ends for some reason. Finally got rid of them and went with stock Iroc rims and had to put new ball joints on AGAIN.No problems since on rebuilt front end.I'd go with the stock look GFX's

Are those the ZR1's with the correct backspacing and offset for our cars, or are you running spacers? Those are the wheels I want! Thanks!

Go with the stock colors and gfx, that car is sexy.
