Iroc Daytona Hood question
I have this hood on my car and I had a question about the 4 places on each side of the cowl. I have seen people put a mesh insert in these and was just wondering if anybody knew how it was done? Do you have to cut out the holes and insert the mesh that way? I love the way this looks when it's done right, but I don't want to try to do anything to my hood yet until I figure out how. Cuz it was a pretty expensive hood and I don't want to go cutting on it if I don't have to. I hope I explained well enough for somebody to make sense of it. lol. Thanks for any help.

Hey welcome to the boards, Its always nice to see a girl driving a third gen, anyways back to your question you probaly could cut them out or you could just paint the holes black, and then put the mesh to achieve the same look

yea, if you want to make them 'functional' use a dremel and take your time cutting them out. If it's fiberglass, it wont be too thick...then just find a clever way to stick in some mesh and your good to go.
