FINALLY!!! GOT MY NEW IROC!!!!!! (click on this i promise youll like it!)
finally after 4yrs of looking i found and bought my dream car. shes a 88 L98 iroc. 4 wheel disc, t-tops, new paint, perfect interior, and about $5k in mods/restoration. flew up to NJ and drove it home in one night without so much as a whimper. got it for $3300! (good deal whytspeedevil!
) ive only had it for 3 days and already ive ditched the blackouts, polished my taillights, put new exhaust tips on it, and buffed/waxed the paint. shes looks AMAZING!!! its the nicest iroc ive ever seen in person! (IROCthe5.7, i dont even want to hear it, i know yours is still nicer!

yeah ive looked for so long for this car. ive seen many that were close, but this one had EVERYTHING i wanted. original iroc, t-tops, 350 TPI, black, ice cold ac, clean interior, and 4 wheel disc. i think it was a deal at $3k.
stay tuned, theres a 383 HSR and a t56 in the near future....

the blackouts are cracked. but yeah ill cut you a deal, theyre not bad.
the car ran a 14.1 1/4. kinda crappy but it does have 2.77 gears. im sure some 3.42s or 3.73s with my t56 swap will put it solidly in the 13.7-8 range.
just crossed 108k. i love it though, it has no problem putting a smile on my face

they cracked kinda in the corner where the guy had them screwed down onto the taillights. (put 2 tiny holes in each taillight AND in each headlight bucket 
)

funny you say that, actually i already have polished it! i used some polishing compound and an electric buffer. (would you believe thats actually a maaco paint job?) made a difference. then layered 3 coats of meguires gold class wax on it. now its like a mirror!

So your the one. I was taking to him about buying that car. He mentioned someone else was interested and he'd contact me if it sold. That car is a steal for $3300. I glad it atleast went to someone here. Hope you enjoy it. I know I would have. Good luck w/ it.
