tinted rear glass w/defog

my 89 formula came without defog and i have everything to make it a defog car and doing it is an easy process. my only concern is how will the window tint not bubble or will it? the car is mainly garaged but at some events or when it is parked where the glass will fog or what not its nice to have.

The two don't go together. I have the defogger and it started to bubble the tint at the top so I've stopped using it. I also called a tint company to ask about getting my tint re-done since it's 7 years old and I tore up the passenger side doing my power window swap and the guy said that they can't garuantee they can get it off the back without ripping the leads out.

in that case i might just use the cables that power the back glass to fix the crapped out ones on my 83 and skip adding that option to my 89
. right where it clips on the strut the plugs are frayed and the ones i have for replacement are in excellent shape.

I have tint and defog and have never had a problem. but i don't use it much because i don't drive it in the winter. If I ordered my car new I would have gotten a rear wiper ( I think they had those)
