So I have a black GTA with polished TTII's. I'm trying to simplify the car a bit, and the gold on the original GTA emblems clashes with the polished aluminum. I was wondering if anyone makes the GTA emblems in black and silver, as opposed to black and gold? Gold is kind of out IMHO.

That is a factory color... it's called medium metallic blue. Very nice color.

 

Thanks for the compliments. The color is actually called Medium Quasar Metallic and it is a factory color. Unfortunately the car's been sold to make room for a 2000 SS. I've been lazy with my sig. I'll get some pics up of the T/A for you guys.

I'm going to try to work with a contact I have for making custom GTA emblems. I'm not sure if they will have the Black in them, or if they will be straight polished. Do you think there would be any interest in having these made?

 

 

 

I swear that car didn't look Medium Quasar Blue...it looked more electric blue like what you see on the Mitsubishi Evo's. Now I see it though, with the pictures you just posted. That's my all time favorite 4th gen color.

*I've never seen a 4th gen with Snypers on them either, those look good

 

I'am kind of in the same boat after putting on some new polished aluminum wheels, these gold emblems just don't look good with the new wheels, thinking of taking them off but then it would just look like a regular t/a after that

I thought about painting them..but I'd rather have them polished or chrome to match the wheels. Plus the gold is really intricate like around the GTA letters..it would be tough to do
