Hey guys Ive been looking around on the net and cant come up with the type of paint job I want for my 83 trans am. Also I am in my high school auto shop class and have pulled the engine out and the car was origanaly white and then painted black Going to be doning most of the sanding this week). So the engine bay is still white witch im planning on painting the engine bay black cause white and an engine bay just dont go cause it just gets dirty to fast. So I was thinking about going with a snow or pure white with a red RS stripe around the front end kinda like the 69 camaros, but I dont think it will work with the lines of the trans am. Does anyone know of any good stripes to put on a trans am??? Also I have been looking for some pic's of a gunmetal to a grayish silver trans am but havent seen anything like that, anyone have any pics or ideas for paint that flowes really well on a trans am also I am looking at going with either silver or black zo6 rims! Any advise would be awsome thanks!!!!!!!!
